Archita
since 1986 at your side
We are proud to tell the story of how we developed and led Archita from being a small enterprise with roots above all in Veneto to a position among the major companies and as a point of reference for screw production and design.
An important transition in our story took place in 2018, when the company was bought by the Bifin group.
The new management traced out a positive path of growth and investment from the outset, with the aim of integrating all stages of the production process upstream.
To support the new industrial policy, focusing on competitiveness and technological innovation in product and process, as well as training initiatives directed towards professional growth at all levels (managers, technicians and other workers), the organisation defined new strategic assets, focusing in particular on defining a new brand strategy.
The aim of the updated corporate identity is to communicate the values that have always distinguished the company to the outside world, allowing it to distinguish and position itself unambiguously on the international market.
The brand image reflects the company’s philosophy, is in line with the mission, values and set objectives, is inspired by Archytas (the ancient Greek philosopher, mathematician and politician known in Italian as Archita belonged to the 2nd generation of Pythagoreans and invented the screw) and visually represents a hank from which “everything has its origin”.
In 2019, the company obtained UNI EN ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification. In 2021, the IATF 16949 certification is added, a specific standard for the automotive industry that provides the quality management system requirements for continuous improvement, defect prevention and reduction of variations and waste in the supply chain.
Despite its extraordinary capacity and desire to innovate, the company remains faithful to its traditions and its own values, with the sole aim of continuing to invent new solutions to meet the needs of clients.
Reliability
Checks are performed constantly, before and throughout the production cycle, to offer clients the utmost reliability, from the raw material to the finished product. Two heat treatment furnaces for the materials enable minimised delivery times and certification of the correct strength class, from 4.6 to 12.9.
Quality
The company’s process control allows the highest levels to be achieved, also thanks to the support of a metallographic workshop that can identify every structural facet of the raw and processed material in the finished product. On request, the company performs chemical analysis on the raw material, provides reports on part measurement checks, hardness detected, metallographic analysis for surface microhardness, decarburisation and cracks at critical points, galvanisation and copper-plating thickness certification and declarations of conformity for the finished product.

Archita produces screws of every type using a vast range of materials, from carbon alloys to stainless steels, copper and aluminium. Its great production versatility allows it to step forward as a reliable partner for companies that produce high-tech goods, especially the automotive sector, in which the company has developed particular know-how.
